MONEY GAME: How Reading This Book Changed My Financial Life Forever
I wrote this post to discuss a silent money issue that affects a lot of Nigerians— I call it silent because many have never heard of it but I was extremely lucky to discover this when I was 20 years old.

- When next you receive any amount of money, before you begin buying anything, get a pen and paper.
- Find a quiet place to sit OR go to that place you desire to spend your money. It can be a bar or an eatery(Please, do this!). Let’s use suya and shawarma as an example.
- Now, while having the suya and shawarma joint in front of you, ask yourself, “why do I want to spend my money on this suya or this shawarma? Your brain might say, “because I feel like eating it” or whatever it comes up with. Then write it down.
- Then ask yourself again, “why do I feel like eating it?” and wait for the reply. Keep digging deep into this until you find that demon.
Do this for even 5minutes and you’ll begin to hear all the reasons your mind is giving you as an excuse to spend that money. This, my friend, is the demon you have been looking for.
Finding the maggot in your skin is one thing, healing that wound is another. Leaving that wound without treating it leaves room for another attack.
